The National Museum of Australia was designed by architect Harry Seidler. The building’s most distinctive feature is a giant sculptural loop that encircles the entrance. The museum houses 6600 square metres of exhibition space, which is divided into several individual spaces pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle to form a semicircle around the Garden of Australian Dreams.
