The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia purchased the premises at 33 Erskine Street to accommodate the membership service organisation for practicing member accountants. The project incorporated a complete refurbishment of all building infrastructure, significant upgrades, the addition of one office floor and two service floors to the building and internal fitout for ICAA training and administration business
