Planet Plumbing has an experienced estimating department, which puts considerable time and effort into ensuring that our tenders are accurate.
Our estimators have vast on site experience to submit an accurate tender, keeping in mind the clients needs, whilst ensuring that a realistic budget is met. We often offer cost saving alternatives, which can be of benefit to our clients.
With the aid of our computer software, we have the ability to spend time on our tenders and know what the true costs are. We use an industry specific estimating program called CavSoft which allows us to measure the plans on screen. We have built up our rates over the years & cross examined them with live data from our projects to ensure their accuracy.
We have an in house printing station with plan copiers & plotters and can accept & reproduce drawings electronically in *pdf and *dwg format which can alleviate delays in receiving tender documentation. We can also upload 3D models into our estimating software to produce more accurate tenders.
