About Waterloo Metro Quarter:
The Waterloo Metro Quarter is an integrated station development located at Waterloo, aptly named for its transformative impact on the area. Comprising four buildings, including two high-rise and two midrise structures, this expansive project spans a developable area of just under 70,000 sqm. The development is designed to offer a harmonious blend of commercial and residential spaces, including dedicated student accommodations.
A Vision for Community:
What makes the Waterloo Metro Quarter truly special is its commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. At least five percent of the homes will be designated as affordable housing, and an additional 70 apartments will be allocated for social housing initiatives. This conscientious approach aligns with our values, reflecting a dedication to making a positive impact beyond the realms of construction.
Beyond housing, the development plans include new community facilities, an increased green footprint with more trees planted, and the introduction of retail and office spaces. Two new public plazas at Cope Street and Raglan Street will serve as vibrant hubs for social interaction and community engagement.
