This high profile project comprised the design and construction of 23 levels of base building refurbishment and façade re-cladding including five new levels for flagship retail space and 18 levels of commercial offices. The existing building was stripped back to a concrete shell. The refurbishment included the complete rebuild of all services, lifts, interior fitout, new façade and the relocation of structural slabs, columns and walls, as well as the addition of two new escalators, an additional stair shaft and two new lifts.
