The Blacket Hotel is a 4 star hotel on the corner of King & George St in Sydney. This extensive refurbishment to this heritage building provided high quality retail and commercial space. The works involved extensive internal demolitions followed by the construction of two additional upper floor levels and the installation of new plant and equipment and finishes ready for further tenant fitout works.
