Suncorp Metway Plaza is a 25 storey tower. The tower is constructed over a podium structure north of the tower running along Turbot Street, consisting of 6 floors of office, a structured carpark of 192 cars and active retail space on the ground floor. The building received a distinctive architectural facade and a major service upgrade, including extensive augmentation of mechanical services and lifts, bringing the building to PCA Grade A standard. Additionally, all floors were progressively refitted and relet and all foyer areas and lobbies refurbished during this time.
