The project includes the restoration of the heritage façade and excavation and construction of a new two-level basement back to ground level. A 65-storey tower above will consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as well as sub- and penthouse apartments. The extensive residential facilities include lobby area, teppanyaki private dining room, lounge bar/entertaining space, media library facilities and childcare. Retail space will also be delivered publicly accessible amenities.
