The SHOR project represents the development of the south campus of the Royal North Shore Hospital for the relocation of eleven government departments into one purpose built establishment with 9 levels and 2 basements, including a childcare, cafes, office space, and car parking space. The building aims for a 5 star green star rating, 5 star NABERS energy and 4.5 star NABERS water rating for the first 18 months of occupation.
