Construction of a 38,000m2, 8 level office building with central atrium, 3½ levels of in-ground car parking and plant rooms. The building included 23,000m2 of office space and 15,000m2 of car park and associated space. The office space included a commercial kitchen, a canteen, 5 lifts, pool area, gymnasium, 530 workstations, 30 offices, 16 meeting rooms, several laboratories, data centre and acoustic testing chambers and group training rooms. The project also included extensive landscaping and civil works.
