Design and construction of a mixed use building comprising retail shops, supermarket and 45 luxury lifestyle boutique strata offices each with their own shower, balcony and basement carparking. The new Village Centre comprised 16 specialty shops on the ground level and includes a basement carpark with loading dock for retail tenants.
