Design and construction of phase one included the delivery of a 12,000sqm data centre facility comprising of a two level data centre which was broken into 8 data halls boosting 20mw of capacity cooled by 20 CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units per hall (100 in total).
The tech building spanning 4,800m2 over 3 stories located adjacent to the main data hall will facilitate all the amenities and tenant areas for current and future use including meeting and communications rooms, and 3 lifts.
